Doch ist es erlaubt, stattdessen eine Postfachadresse zu nennen?<\/h2>\n<p>Ein Beispiel: Wer sich politisch engagiert und Position f\u00fcr oder gegen bestimmte Parteien oder Anschauen bezieht, m\u00f6chte seine private Adresse wom\u00f6glich nicht ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Wer z.B. f\u00fcr Asylbewerber und f\u00fcr die Errichtung eines Asylbewerberheims im Ort ist, der muss damit rechnen, Gegner auf den Plan zu rufen. Ist es somit legitim, sich selbst sch\u00fctzen zu wollen und im <a href=\"https:\/\/a-vista-studios.de\/blog\/web-recht\/impressum\/was-gehoert-in-ein-impressum\/\">Impressum<\/a> die Anschrift durch eine Postfachadresse zu ersetzen?<\/p>\n<p>Im Telemediengesetz (TMG) steht, dass Dienstanbieter im Impressum unter anderem die <em>\u201eAnschrift, unter der sie niedergelassen sind\u201c<\/em> anzugeben haben. Doch reicht daf\u00fcr eine Postfachadresse? Mit dieser Fragestellung haben sich Gerichte schon h\u00e4ufiger besch\u00e4ftigen m\u00fcssen. Doch auch wenn die Entscheidung unterschiedlich ausfallen kann, gehen Webseitenbetreiber, die lediglich eine Postfachadresse nennen, ein erhebliches Risiko ein.
